WBG was founded on the idea that all great things come from taking a risk.
Jesse Welsh has spent a career coming up with creative solutions to complex problems. Spanning healthcare, nonprofits, agency and even a detour to general contracting, she understands client relationships and the need for partnership. WBG was born out of a desire to bring forward the lessons learned in leadership and business to create a place where employees can be creative and grow, and clients are able to tell their stories.
