ABOUT JESSE
Jesse brings over 20 years of professional experience in strategic program development, client management, campaign management and communications. She thrives in being able to find creative solutions to complex problems and comes from a family of people with big ideas, willing to take a risk.
After a long career in healthcare, Jesse followed her own creative path and became a licensed general contractor, working to transform spaces into functional and inspiring places for people and families to live, work and enjoy life.
Through WBG, Jesse is able to lend her unique professional background and experience to help others bring ideas to life.
OUR STORY
The Welsh Burton Group was founded in 2025, but the collaboration between Jesse and Leacy began years earlier.
Despite only working on an account together for a brief period of time, they stayed connected through a shared passion for taking on big challenges.
Jesse knew that if the opportunity presented itself, she'd absolutely work with Leacy again.
In early 2025, the opportunity came. A friend came to Jesse with an idea to start an education-focused nonprofit and Leacy was her first call.
Together they jumped in and launched the organization in three months. Out of that experience, WBG was formed. Today, the firm helps individuals and teams launch and refine their vision and make an impact.
ABOUT LEACY
Leacy excels in all areas of corporate communications, media and marketing. Known for her organization, thoughtfulness and professionalism, she puts clients at ease through her confidence and competence.
It didn’t take long for Leacy to recognize a larger vision for her career. Within six months of leaving a role in global healthcare communications, she launched two new businesses rooted in her drive to create meaningful impact.
Deeply passionate about helping others, Leacy has collaborated with numerous nonprofit organizations and views her work with WBG as an opportunity to further empower individuals, organizations and leaders committed to making a positive difference in the world.
